These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nordic Nexuz website at nordicnexuz.com and our software products and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. These Terms and other agreements
These Terms apply to all users of our website and Services. Some services have additional, service-specific terms - for example, a signed services agreement for our lead generation engagements, or product-specific terms for a particular software product. Where you have entered into a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement governs that engagement, and if it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you act for a company, be authorised to bind it. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, fees, and payment
Fees, billing frequency, and what's included are shown at the point of purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe (card or direct debit). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal terms are made clear at purchase.
Fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, which we add where required.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Services until resolved.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not refund unused periods. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase - but for digital services you agree that we begin providing the Service immediately and that you lose this right once provision has begun.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the Services, or using them to send unlawful or unsolicited communications. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Services to you.
7. Use of name and logo
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you agree that we may identify you as a client and use your name and logo in our marketing, website, and case studies. You can withdraw this permission for future use at any time by written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Data protection
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf in delivering services to you, a separate Data Processing Agreement applies.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the total fees you paid us in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim.
